Knowledge base

Your knowledge base is what the assistant answers from. Upload your real material — listings, brochures, price lists, community guides and policies — and Reeply will answer buyers and tenants using only that, never guessing.

Adding documents

  1. Open Knowledge base from the main menu.
  2. Upload your files. Reeply processes each one so it can be searched during chats.
  3. Once a document is ready, its content is available to the assistant automatically.

What to upload

  • Brochures and floor plans.
  • Price lists and payment plans.
  • Community and building information.
  • Policies and FAQs you'd normally repeat by hand.
Individual properties go in Properties, not here
Add each unit under Properties rather than uploading a listing sheet. The assistant searches your properties directly, so it can filter on the things a buyer actually asks about — budget, area, bedrooms, type — and quote the price and size from the record itself. A listing buried in an uploaded document cannot be filtered that way.
Keep it current
The assistant is only as accurate as your documents. When prices or availability change, upload the new version and remove the outdated one so customers never get stale answers.

How answers stay grounded

Reeply retrieves the most relevant passages from your documents to answer a question. If nothing in your knowledge base covers it, the assistant says so and hands off to an agent rather than making something up — see AI lead qualification.
