Delete your data

You're in control of the data in your workspace. Reeply gives you two ways to delete it — one contact at a time, or your entire workspace. Deletion is permanent.

Delete one contact's data

Use this to erase a single customer — for example, when someone asks you to remove their information.

  1. Open the Inbox and select that customer's conversation.
  2. In the contact panel beside the chat, choose Erase this contact's data.
  3. Confirm. Their messages, lead details and contact record are permanently removed.

A workspace owner or admin can do this.

Delete your entire workspace data

Use this to erase everything Reeply holds for your business.

  1. Open Workspace settings and go to Your data.
  2. Choose Erase workspace data and confirm.
  3. Conversations, contacts, leads, uploaded documents and related records are permanently removed.

Only a workspace owner can erase the whole workspace.

Prefer we do it for you?
Email contact@mudarie.com from your workspace email with what you'd like deleted (a specific contact, or your whole workspace) and we'll process it for you. You can also request a machine-readable copy of your data at the same address.

Deletion is irreversible and can't be undone. There is no self-serve export yet, so if you want a copy of anything first, request it at the address above and wait until you have it before erasing. For how we handle data generally, see our Privacy Policy.
